My full name is Haibo Wu; Wujia is the professional name I use in companies and product communities. My work has stayed close to applied AI: terminal AI at Huawei, search/recommendation/ads and product at Mogujie, AI commercial photography at WeShop, and now local-first personal AI with Memex.

我的本名是吴海波，「吾加」是我在公司和产品圈更常用的花名。我的经历一直围绕真实业务里的 AI 应用展开：早期在华为做终端 AI，后来在蘑菇街负责搜索、推荐、广告和产品，再到 WeShop 的 AI 商拍，以及现在的 Memex。

2023-now 2023 至今 WeShop AI and commercial creative workflows WeShop AI 与商业创意工作流 Leading WeShop as GM, turning AI commercial photography into a product for e-commerce merchants, brands, creators, and key accounts across global markets. 担任 WeShop 总经理，主导 AI 商拍产品发布和增长，服务电商商家、品牌、创作者和大客户，重点放在工作流、质量、全球化 SaaS 和交付。
2021-2023 2021-2023 Large models, overseas commerce, and the path to WeShop 大模型、海外电商和 WeShop 的前期探索 Started working on large-model applications in 2021 and explored how AI could serve overseas commerce before WeShop became a public product. 2021 年开始投入大模型应用方向，围绕海外电商和 AI 商拍做前期探索，最终推进 WeShop 产品化。
2014-2021 2014-2021 Mogujie: search, recommendation, ads, and product 蘑菇街：搜索、推荐、广告和产品 Joined Mogujie in 2014. Led search, recommendation, and advertising algorithm systems, and later took responsibility for core product work. 2014 年加入蘑菇街，先后负责搜索、推荐、广告算法体系，也承担过蘑菇街核心产品工作。
